现在时间是2024年3月9日星期六下午2点15分，今天天气还不错，是个大晴天，温度大概在10度左右，我刚从健身房回来，今天练的胸，大约练了一个小时，练完后我洗个了凉水澡，这是我第三次洗凉水澡，每次洗完后都神清气爽。今天在锻炼的时候我想到一个事情，是关于电焊这个工作，因为我要准备做这个。我感觉这个工作可能对眼睛不好，我不知道，到时候再说吧。今天是周末，晚上和朋友约的在我家吃烧肉，其实我不太喜欢吃这个，用烤盘烤的，我喜欢那种用烤炉烤的。不过我老婆他们喜欢，所以没关系，我可以少吃一点，主要是和朋友们聊聊天。最近我一直想着录视频来着，可是一直没有做，我觉得原因很多，也很复杂，不过应该好处很大，毕竟属于我的舒适区之外。第一个好处就是我可以练习口语，学一门外语离不开大量的练习，这也是我自己创造的语言环境。第二个好处就是尝试着面对镜头说话，面对自己，可以看看自己的不足，锻炼一下胆量，也是蛮不错的。行了，大致就这么多吧，我给我自己设的目标就是每天完成一句话就算成功，所以我做到了！我爱你！
The time is 2:15 PM on Saturday, March 9th, 2024. The weather today is not bad. It is a sunny day. The temperature is about 10 degrees, I just came back from the gym. Today's chest practice, about an hour of practice, after the practice I took a cold shower. This is my third attempt of cold shower, every time I feel so refreshing after the cold shower. Today, when I was exercising, I thought of one thing, it was about the welding job, because I want to prepare for this. I have a feeling this job might be bad for my eyes. I don't know. We'll see. Today is the weekend, and I'm going to have roast meat at my home with my friends tonight. Actually, I don't like it very much. It's cooked in a roasting pan, I like it in a grill. But my wife likes itand we don’t have a grill, so it doesn't matter, I can eat less and mainly catch up with my friends. I've been thinking about making videos lately, but I haven't done it, for many reasons, and I think it's complicated, but it should be very beneficial, because it's outside of my comfort zone. The first advantage is that I can practice my oral English, learning a foreign language is inseparable from a lot of practice, and I don’t have a language environment, so I’d better creat it on my own. The second advantage is to try to speak in front of the camera, face myself, and I can see my shortcomings, exercise courage.
