6am challenge - day 1

It might be I was too excited about taking on this challenge, I could fall asleep till almost 11pm last night.

My alarm went off at 6am sharp. I got up at 6:10am. Felt a little tired, but nothing major. To my surprise, the sun was not up yet, it's pitch dark out side of the window. I set down by the desk, progressing with my tasks. No social media, no distraction, just sit there and focus.

Through out the day, I didn't feel much difference than any other day. Though I was a little bit tired in the afternoon, but with a short walk, I was refreshed.

Towards this evening, I was thinking about this challenge, the things I can get done, not feeling much tired, etc. The more I thought of it, the more excited I got, and I was even looking forward for the next morning.

One thing came in my mind, I used to get up at 6am or 6:30am back in high school, and still be energized through out the day. And how come wake up at 6am now become a challenge?

Anyway, day 1, checked.
