早上班车路上听7 habits of highly effective people的habit one proactive

It's sad that most of us we understand deeply and thoroughly is the person we are supposed to be . In the social life , the people around us give us some negative feedback , like " you eat like a horse , you forget it again ? You weight is unbearable ! " these ideas sometimes can kill you if you response as they expect . So what we could do to fight back these feedback , or keep ourselves peaceful ,  that means between the stimulus and response , is there a special region for us to make a exceptional decision?

Frankly 's story about the death camp is really really inspiring , animals response to the stimulus directly without any thought and wisdom , the behaviorism thought human being follows the animals , also Frued took the same scientific idea. When Frankly stayed outside he bought behaviorism , but after  imprisoned in the camp , facing perish at any minute , he got the opportunity to recreate his foundamental mentality . "There is a place nobody can conquer it if you don't consent "

2 self- awareness  觉察

Freedom to choose

Covey discussed a lot about self- awareness in the first section , self-awareness is a uniqueness possessed by human being , like the God view . We can check what we want to do and give a valuable evaluation and judgement . This is powerful tool for adults , that means we can achieve mental freedom , Even others are mean and inhospitable , we can choose to behave politely, we can control ourselves , and more we can perceive the same situation differently , the death is not grieving , it means a new start.

I really love this part , especially the self- awareness freedom .


九点十五开始到下午四点,阅读guns , germs and steel  五十页。

感悟:抓住每一分钟让自己的内心强大,让自己的能力强大,让自己的心智成熟。搭建经典知识支撑的框架,摄取经典著作中的养分,让每一秒都价值连城。
