Because there is an imbalance in federal bench between the amount of prosecutor, judge represented government, and litigator, judge defenses for the general public. This not only means Librarians and progressive legal reformers may have chance to voice, but also maintain the fairness in judgement. Though Joe Biden is always hard-boiled when it comes to the law, it is positive for him to appoint more diverse judges, including the one who has been against the government.
