C43673 Day1 Evictions in New Hampshire

On December 15, residents of a 'tiny house' community in New Hampshire were expelled from their homes, owing to building code violations and lack of occupancy permits.  And two problems stand out. On the one hand, tiny houses are affordable for low-income people but violating building codes. On the other hand, dumunitive dwellings don't fit in with the zoning plan. To address these problems, lawmakers introduced a bill that would allow tiny houses but failed.
