1(Training has started with a warm up if 10 to 15minutes , two players with one ball pass each other with maximum of movments in a limited space.. it was" pass and control "exercise .
2) the second exercise was dribbling head up in a 30×30m square containing small marks, when the coach kick the whistle, kids have to dribble quickly and stop the ball inside a small mark...There was an addition of points for every kid arriving first inside a small mark ., And those who missed a marked point became defenders and chase balls of players outside marked points...
3) we made a lots of changes of rules during this exercise in order to help the kids to improve their dribbling skills
