You can soar to great heights with a heart filled with praise and thanksgiving. But like the tiny lark, you have to take off from the ground, you have to make that special effort. It need not be a strain; it can be a joyous, light-hearted effort. Why remain anchored, when action on your part can change your life completely? Set your sights high, the higher the better. Expect the most wonderful happenings, not in the future but right now. Stride forward with a firm, steady step, knowing with a deep, certain inner knowing that you will reach every goal you set yourself. Why not take some positive action today? Why not start the wheels turning? Once you have done your part, you will receive all the help you require, but not until then. Have confidence in your ability to do all things because you are drawing your substance from Me. You can do all things when your faith and trust are in Me.
带着一颗充满肯定与感恩的心，我能上升到很高的高度。但就像那小百灵鸟一样，我需要从地面起飞，我需要去做出那特别的努力。它不需要是一个压力；它可以是一种愉快的、轻松的努力。当我的部分的行动能够完全改变我的生活时，为什么保持固定不动呢？将我的视线放高，越高越好。期待最美好的发生，不是在将来，而是就现在。迈着坚定、沉着的步伐向前，带着深厚与肯定的内在认知，知道我会达到每一个我自己所设定的目标。
为什么不今天就采取一些正向的行动呢？为什么不现在就让它运转起来呢？一旦我完成了我的部分，我就会得到所有我需要的帮助，但直到那时（才会得到）。对我去做所有事情的能力要有信心，因为我是从上天这里汲取资源。我能做到一切，当我的信念与信任在上天之中。
