Good afternoon! It is really my honor to have this opportunity for the interview, and hope I can make a good performance today.
You know My Chinese name zhaocai. To sounds my Chinese name. I named my English name Charles. In my free time, I like playing badmiton，swimming and reading books. I have read about 200 books in the past three years . because form that time, I would to be a scrum master or coach. Till now, a dozen of us had studied Agile Working Model together, only me keep on pushing Agile. Because I belive the aglie thinking is the best way to activate the enterprise and mayself in VUCA time.
In these years，I have implemented agile methods in different teams, tried DOD and Dor, broke departmental communication barriers by adjusting the team structure, coach leaders trust the team, TDD, instantiation and kanban. Recently, I have built a set of processes according to SCURM,and will push it in next team. It includs requirement analysis, Development process and OKR performance management. I feel that my strongest asset is my ability to stick to things to get them done. I feel a real sense of accomplishment when I finish a job that turns out just as I’d planned. I’ve set some high goals for myself. For example, I want to graduate with highest distinction. And even though I had a slow start in my freshman year, I made up for it by doing an honor’s thesis.
