Error: could not determine PostgreSQL version from '10.5'
mac环境下，安装一个Python项目的依赖出了错，安装了PostgreSQL，然后好像是版本高了，报了这个错
多方参考，解决如下
1.brew uninstall postgresql
卸掉这个版本
2.brew search postgresql
然后就会出现可选的版本号
3.凭感觉选一个靠谱的版本
brew install postgresql@9.54.修改一下.bash_profile
cd ~
touch .bash_profile
open -e .bash_profile
此时打开了这个文件，自己看一下postgresql的目录，我按照我的加了
export PATH=/usr/local/Cellar/postgresql@9.5/9.5.14/bin:$PATH
然后
source .bash_profile
5.pip install -r requirements.txt
到这里就解决了
