This morning, I have made a decision that from tomorrow i will get up in 6 o'clock and start to run for half an hour, i guess it may be 3 kilometers. Meanwhile, i will video it to record, and Vlog my life.
I think that will be a good idea to re-set everything. I really need to change, and i hope after 21 days, i will love running and sports, and i will still wanna go on this till next 21 days.
I'd like to take this challenge and let my 30+ years go on shining.
