New Hampshire town ordered the eviction of all residents of a “tiny house” community, which offered inexpensive dwellings but out of the building code. Some tenants claimed that the owner violated their leases by renting the house illegally.

A Tiny-house owner said that you have to get an occupancy permit legally for the tiny-house while there was no law about it. 

The regulatory pursuit of quality housing makes a dilemma of these tiny-house dweller who would end up with no housing.
