In order to follow the implementation of The
Promotion of the Institutionalization of Volunteering Services issued by The
Central Committee on Spiritual Civilization Construction, standardize the
recruitment and registration of volunteers, the management of volunteering
organizations, the release of projects and the length of service time, and
strengthen the promotion and use of the "Volunteer Beijing"
Information Platform, Beijing Volunteering Services Association plans to
regularly open a training class on the Operation of the "Volunteer
