Tiny-house dwellers in New Hampshire towns are facing a eviction in the mid-winter as their places violate the building code due to poor conditions. The local zoning officials found these tiny houses are not compatible with the zoning codes and should not be allowed to exist any more. However, some people found this news difficult to cope with as there was no building code for tiny houses and thus no way for the residents to secure an occupancy permit to be full-time residents. The lawmakers tried to address the problem by introducing a bill but failed. The residents have no choice but to live in poor-conditioned tiny houses because a quality house is too expensive for them to afford.
