It seems like all dear friends are seeking to communicate with great people who have interests in common and to improve themselves in the same time.
Because George said that if you like to share with others who you trust and you will learn from others as if you don't share anything about yourself or your troubles others will not know how to help you in a proper way. So everybody is trying to share their opinions with other people who are being there without pressure. And George who wants to push us to discuss more , think more against our opinions often.
If you can't solve the problem you will be a part of problem. Actually if I keep silent if I don't try how will i know. This topic still needs to think deeply.

From these two topics, people have shared their experience of conquering their difficulties in the past by giving their own examples . One said his brothers and friends who have refused him to join their cricket team because they didn't believe him but after more and more practice he becomes a captain of a cricket team by trying his best. And another one said she tried her best to do what she seeks by George said. She will not regret after making efforts.
However how many people can focus on what they really want to be by ignoring distractions. It's important then It doesn't matter to be necessary to follow that or other people's ideas all the time but it matters a lot to share with learning.
For example, if you want to learn swim, you may learn it by yourself through many times trying hard. If you find a coach who can guide you then you will learn it fast and efficiently. So why this society needs universities and we need George to be there with us.
Right ways are more important than efforts.Three people, there are must be one of my teacher. We need advices from counseling.When you are struggling to survive when you touch the stones to across the river there is no doubt to take falls. Even though we can't copy others but we can use other people's experience and lessons to avoid detours. As new employees who need senior staff find their weaknesses to enhance the ability of their performance .
