The tomb sweeping day is one of the traditionl festivals in China.Every year,on February 23,the lunal calendar is tomb sweeping.
Gennerally speaking,people will bring the hoome-made food,some fake money and paper make monsi on to their ancestors.When they start to honous their ancestor,theri will light up some condlles and incese,put some yellow paper for worshipping the gods around the tombs in the village.
The most important thing is to put the home-made food in front of the tombs.The food,also know as sacrifices,is usually make up with a chicken,a fish and some pork.It is a symbol of the offspring is respect to the ancestor.At the some time,their belive that the forbears will share the food with them.
