Biden should nominatejudges who battle the government in court
Libertarians are unsatisfied with most of Joe Biden’s judicialoptions. There are now more judges represent government than those whochallenge the government in court. They think the federal bench need moresubstantial diversity.In Biden’s previous career, he always stood by thegovernment. Thus, to the standpoint of criminal justice he’d better appointsome judges who battle the government in court.
