On Saturday we combined the 2 teams that train on the pitch number 3 !
The exercise were based on passing mostly. The first exercise was short distance monkey like exercise it involves moving and passing to designated places.
Then we changed into square and did receive and pass back and then pass forward. In a distance of 15/15 meters to improve accuracy and game like training
then played a game among the players the results was good .then I went to help coach Ada’s Team where the training involved dribbling and passing and game situation like training
On Sunday the first hour we went to observe the other coaches and we learned from them And on the second class we did a warm up that help to get familiar with the ball
then we did a training that involves dribbling using the inner foot and outer foot
then half of them went to play a match 4 players left we played 2 on 2 and the players enjoyed!
