尊敬的XXX学院：
I would like to formally offer my resignation from the position of English Teacher with XXX College. I have been very happy working with you these last two years but am not prepared to travel to_______each day and tender my resignation.
本人现向_______学院（下称“贵司”）正式提出辞职，辞去在贵司的英语教师一职。在过去的2年，我在贵司工作得很开心，非常荣幸可以在贵司工作。但是我现在没有准备好每天都去_______上课，故特向贵司提出辞职。
I give formal notification to terminate the Employment Contract that was signed by myself and XXX College on June 8th 2020 and was due to run from 16th July 2020 until 15th July 2021. According to clause 6 (Agreement validity, Alteration, Release and Termination) of the employment contract I hereby give 30 days notice to terminate this contract.
本人现在正式通知贵司，希望解除与贵司在2020年6月8日签订的《合同》（Employment Contract），合同日期是2020年7月16日至2021年7月15日。根据上述合同的第六点“合同的生效、变更、解除和终止”，本人现提出解除这份合同，并给予贵司 30 天的通知。
