一年之前，人民币成为加入SDR的第五大货币，从而取得历史性的突破。然而人民币国际化进程在过去两年里却倒退了。

The internationalisation of CNY currency has actually stalled.
One year ago, RMB joined in the market of IMF's SDR(Special Drawing Right) as the fifth big currency, which was regarded as a historic progress,
but in fact the internationalisation progress falled back.
And the constraint of the internationalisation was due to the stringent capital control,
which meant it was self-imposed.
