The Wayle is a small river that cuts acrossthe park near my home. I like sitting by the Wayleon fineafternoons. It was warm last Sunday, so I went and sat on the river bank asusual. Some children were playing games on the bank and there were some peoplerowing on the river. Suddenly, one of the children kicked a ball very hard andit went towards a passing boat. Some people on the bank called out tothe man in the boat, but he did not hear them. Theballstruckhim so hard that he nearly fell intothe water. I turned to look at the children, but there weren't any in sight:theyhad all run away! The man laughed when herealized what had happened. He called outtothechildren and threw the ball back to the bank.

越发感受到团体学习的力量了，自嗨式学习很难发现自己的问题，而且没有团体学习大家一起进步之后的激励感。练习的时间越过了所谓的一阶学习者的时间，现在向二阶迈进。
