Press evenly into all 4 corners of standing foot
站立的腳均勻用力踩實地板(腳趾不要緊摳地面,而是要腳趾平鋪,增加腳底板與地面的接觸面積)
Kneecap lifts to activate thigh
膝蓋上提,啓動大腿肌肉(直立的腿要激活)
Place foot on inner thigh or side of calf- but NOT on knee joint
屈腿的腳踩在直立腿的大腿內側,或者小腿內側,千萬不要踩在膝關節上
Press thigh into foot and press foot into thigh
腳和大腿相互對抗用力(屈腿的膝蓋要向外展開)
Hips are even
髖骨水平擺正
Hands can be at hips or above head or out to the side
雙手扶髖,或者高舉過頭,或者側平舉(完整版本是雙手合十高舉過頭,但是如果肩部緊張,則雙手分開與肩同寬,掌心相對)
Activate core, try not to lean back
