这是一个复杂的过程，要经过工艺定义的各个相关部门的密切合作，在光刻定义的图形基础上，由Dry etch，wetprocess，diffusion,implant,thin film 等部门协同工作而完成实体电路的搭建.
简单的电路实现要在Fab里流片十几天，经过十几个光刻步骤，复杂的可能要几十个步骤，所谓的cycle time（CT）则可能需要超过一个月甚至更多时间.
