① An event in the past have an effect or connection with the present.( but it dose not describe exactly when it happened.)
常运用在下列情况：
1.describe new reports （in the media often use the present perfect at the start of a report to give a general summary.）
2. describe unspecified time —before now.
3.describe something that change over time.
4.describe unspecified time experience.
5.describe an uncompleted action you are expecting.
6.describe several actions at different time.
7.describe duration （from past until now）
8.describe time expressions
（注：一般过去时态比现在完成时给的时间点更具体。）
（不确定的时间副词常用在现在完成时中。）
（描述还没完成的事情，但我们期待事情完成。）
（在过去的过去某段时间内发生好几次的事情）
三、现在完成时态与一般过去时态的区别
区别：
现在完成时是过去某个时间发生的事情对现在造成的影响。（a.时间不具体 b.和现在有联系）
一般过去式是过去发生的动作。（a.具体时间 b.和现在无联系）
