＊春联＊
每逢春节，家家户户要挑漂亮的春联贴于门上，辞旧迎新，表达人们迎祥纳福的美好愿望。
春联：Spring Festival scrolls或Spring Festival couplets。
春联由上联、下联、横批三部分组成，因为上联一般贴在大门右边，所以可以用the right scroll来表达，相应的下联用the left scroll来表达，横批一般都在最上面，可以说，the top scroll。

＊年夜饭＊
除了贴春联，年夜饭也是春节的标配。

除夕夜吃年夜饭、看春晚成为中国人庆祝新年及全家团圆安康的一种习俗。
春晚：Spring Festival Gala/ Chinese New Year Gala，当表达看春晚时，可以用动词watch来表示。

＊拜年＊
“拜年”有两层意思，一个是表示给别人送去新年祝福，用give one's New Year blessing to…来表达，译为“把……的新年祝福送给……”。

另一个是表示，过年期间去亲戚、朋友家拜年。可以用pay a New Year visit to来表达，译为“去……拜年”。
