The tiny-house dwellers in New Hampshire and a women called O’Brien were forced to move, since they both lacked some qualification or certification to get the zone code, such as security of the buildings or occupancy permit. But the stipulation of authority was actually, self-contradictory.
State legislation once introduced a bill, but failed. At the end of passage, the author criticized the phenomena: the regulation of tiny house code is unreasonable, and it will make the houses cost more which originally should be provided as a convenience for the poor residents.
