“E-commerce” seems to have become a term known to everyone in every household over a night and is discussed frequently by people of different walks, from government officials to common folks. Yet no one intends to dig into the problem of whether the term means commerce under an electronic environment, or electronics associated with commerce, or it has the attributes of both of them.
