The Biden's government is planning to diversify the members in federal bench - a silver lining for the libertarians. The court is widely known for judges tending to represent in the interest of the government. This injustice is proven by the fact that most of  the judges in it used to be former prosecutors, not only harming individual litigants but twisting the justice system as a whole. The chips are down and that means no more faulsehood is allowed in the shifting. Now that Biden comes into power, an experienced politician who used to sticking up for drugs and law enforcement, he can end up frenshening up the image he has in people's mind, if he could put his foot down in nominating judges who battles  the government.
