我们都知道“trouble”是“麻烦”，不过我们这里要学习的是它的动词形式，表示“让某人感到痛苦或焦虑”。我们在口语和写作中都能用到它。
在口语中，我们想麻烦别人做某事时，可以先客气地说一句：I’m sorry to trouble you…
在写作中，trouble 是一个经常被低估的、想不到词。例如当我们想表示“担心”时，可能一下子能想到 worry，concern，其实这时候也可以用 trouble。
比如很多学生有无法集中注意力的问题，就可以说：
Many students today are constantly troubled by their inability to concentrate.
再比如，信息过载给很多人带来了压力，结果是很多人会买一些他们并不需要的线上微课，就可以说：
