Recently New Hampshire town evicted the residents of a “tiny house” community. Those dwellers lacking the occupancy permit were not recognized as full-time residences, which put them in an embarrassing dilemma. Lawmakers intended to offer a solution while tiny houses without the building code could not be allowed ultimately. Although these houses rendered many residents economical option, it failed to sit well with local zoning regulations. With the current rules demanding quality housing, the residents are doomed to lose their homes.
