劳动最光荣,在五一假期的第一天就跟几位专家和老师进行了一场规划两地三课实施的讨论,给这个假期带来了不一样的开头!
在跟老师讨论针对此次联合课堂的建议方案中,对“课前”的各项准备工作是花比较多篇幅和时间跟老师交流的。这就跟盖房子一样,地基得打稳,才能建出好的稳固的房子。所以联合课堂正式实施前,教学分工定位、教学设计、磨课和试教的步骤都需要到位。
几条课前的准备项建议如下:
1. 授课模式:确认联合授课模式(建议如Team Teaching团队教学+协作教学Collaboration Teaching+One Teach,One Support主辅教学的融合模式,具体形式可以再讨论)
2. 角色与分工:明确3位教师的分工与课堂责任(这里是三个老师联合教学的场景,即便是双师或多师也是需要的)
3. 共同备课(Co-Planning),设计教学流程、课程活动设计与确认,以统一教学思路。此时可能会有项目主持人、教研员、教学专家、技术支持等不同角色人员加入参与磨课,及时更新优化课程设计内容
4. 教学联动的和平台教学工具确认,并提供培训,确保操作熟练不影响课堂活动
5. 教材的教学教法培训,确保教师对教学核心内容的掌握度一致(跨学科属性的教学设计)
6. 课程中所需的教学工具和评测工具需要准备好,确保课堂活动的顺畅
7. 课中突发状况的应急方案讨论与输出
共同备课的Check List
Beninghof(2020)总结了多年辅导联合教学经验,提供了给参与的教师们一个在共同备课时的问题清单。
