五律 赠朱夫子
谁遗书札至？
江头皓首翁。
野塘聆月韵，
矮户品梅声。
春水三吴远，
秋情两地浓。
但随青鸟去，
浅醉静听松。

Wulu To Master Zhu
Who sends that letter,
borne across the tide?
An aged man, snow-haired by the riverside.
野塘聆月韵，
矮户品梅声。
Wild pond receives the moon's melodious song; Humble gate tastes plum scents that float along.
春水三吴远，
秋情两地浓。
Spring waters flow afar to Wu's domain;
Autumn love deepens twixt our hearts in twain.
但随青鸟去，
浅醉静听松。
With blue birds I long to be a-roaming ,
Drunk in breeze, we both share pines' soft singing.
【译注】
1. 汉诗作者简介
"隐学山人"是朱夫子的诗友，这首五律是对《秋兴》的唱和（见附帖）。
2. 汉英格律说明
1）此诗为平起不入韵式五言律诗，用《平水韵》，格律严谨，符合五言律诗的平仄、押韵、粘对全套合规，是一首格律工整的五律（豆包评）。
2.）英诗为抑扬格五音步，采用 AABB CCDD 韵式，每行十个音节。
3. 原诗为汉韵用了"梅声"，此处不宜以"梅花落地之声"来译，而代之以梅花香气。
4. domain：领域；范围，可延伸表示领土等概念， Wu's domain 意译"三吴"。
5. twixt : betwixt （古）缩写， between 之意。
6. twain: two 的古代或文学的表达，此诗中用以押韵。
7. a-roaming ：漫游， a﹣冠在单词前用来表示正在发生的动作。

七律 秋兴
又遇桂香山叶红，
临轩犹识旧时风。
一人雁影和云淡，
两地秋情别样浓。
探路可寻翠衣鸟，
过河好唤老艄公。
小炉才煮清江水，
檐下候君共听松。
Qilv Autumn Thoughts
When sweet osmanthus meets red leaves once more,
By window still I know the old wind's roar.
V-shaped wild geese among faint clouds do soar,
Autumn's love in two lands
grows ever more.
To find the path, green- plumed birds help explore,
To cross the stream, knock at a ferryman's door.
My small stove brews tea with stream water pure,
I'll wait home to hear pines' sigh with you, sure.
