跟读内容：跟读的是C19 Test2 Part4的第18句-第22句。
跟读时间：早上8:10-10:30分(中间接送小孩去打球了）
跟读心得日记：
1、There's been some interesting research that has found that tardigrades are capable of surviving radiation and very high pressure, and they are also able to withstand temperatures as cold as minus 200 degrees centigrade, or highs of more than 148 degrees centigrade, which is incredibly hot.（C19 Test2 Part4第20句）
这句话很长，但听懂并不太难，跟读中，有两个地方不看原文的时候，出现了错误。一个就是are capable of，这个短语结构，我以前很少用，所以跟读的时候，就不确定具体是什么意思。后来查了一下，be capable of 通常用来形容某人或某种东西有能力完成某项任务或者达到某种状态。其实与be able to的意思很接近，很多时候也可以互换，但如果表示通过努力之后来完成什么任务，be able to还是更准确一些。
另一个就是highs，这个地方我听了很多次，也听到了highs，但一直搞不懂为什么high后面还加个s，后来查了一下，high其实原来是可以做名词的，表示最高水平、高温气温，最大数量等。
2、It has been said that tardigrades could survive long after human beings have been wiped out, even in the event of an asteroid hitting the earth.（C19 Test2 Part4第21句）
这句话中有一个新单词asteroid，其实在跟读过程中，我已经听明白，这个单词应该是一个天体什么的，但并不知道具体意思。跟读这个单词，主要的价值点，还是在这个单词的发音上，其音标为/ˈæstərɔɪd/，但实际录音当中老外读的是/ˈæstrɔɪd/，将ə的音直接省略的，这个发音方式与interesting很类似。
3、If conditions become too extreme and tardigrades are at risk of drying out, they enter a state called cryptobiosis.（C19 Test2 Part4第22句）
跟读这句话时，我不由自主的就联想到了三体当中的类似情节，在气候恶化的时候，人们缩水，变成纸片，气候好转以后，再活过来。这个水熊虫就是这样，看来刘慈欣应该时从水熊虫这里获得了些灵感。
另外就是当听到crypto这个词的时候，我还是比较敏感，因为这两年加密货币非常热闹，加密货币就是cryptocurrency。crypto代表一种秘密的，隐秘的状态。biosis的原意就是生命。
