How was the trip yesterday?
I arrived to the meeting place twenty minutes early. One of my colleges said that coffee names Wutong is very dilicious . So the other one of my colleges and I went to the cafe to buy the coffee. We were still late when we arrived the meeting place again even though we ran quickly.
今日复盘：
早起：今天是睡懒觉的日子，结结实实睡了个懒觉，8：30才起床。
英语学习：下午+晚上，完成了两天的学习任务，算是补回了周五的拖欠。
锻炼：今天骑行了20*2分钟左右，算是恢复吧。原定晚上去健身房的，和朋友遛狗聊天，就取消了。明晚开始新一轮的训练。
