C41479 Day02 Biden Should Nominate Judges Who Battled the Government in Court

The Biden team is looking for libertarian and progressive legal activists to bring the federal bench professional diversity. On one side, there is wild imbalance between individual litigants and government representatives in court. On another side, many black prosecutors are appointed to the federal bench which is unfair for libertarian and progressive legal activists. As president, Biden should make amends on appointing more judges who can battle the government in court.
