Libertarians are not satisfied with Joe Biden’s judicial picks. Now there will be a change. The Biden team is going to refresh the federal bench and bring other kinds of judges to add the diversity. The federal bench is always lacking of judicial candidates like public defenders. People think the diversity of judges is imbalance. Judges merely represent government rather than civilians. It is unfair and has a bad impact on the justice system. Most lawyers are former prosecutors. More lawyers who used to battle against government are expected to be selected. Biden is not the standout in criminal justice reform. However, now he has a chance to make amends and choose the right judicial candidates.
