For 12 years, residents of tiny houses had lived in peace with local zoning officials in New Hampshire. However, on December 15, they were evicted from the dwellings for the residence permits were altered not as full-time and a host of building code violations were also discovered. The code violations are main reasons for the problem. A year earlier on the other side of the state, a similar struggle occurred because of violations against the local zoning code, which was hardly possible to comply with for that tiny home. Most of the case, tiny housing are the last straw for many poor residents, as they save up unnecessary cost. Despite the efforts of lawmakers to allow tiny houses on residential plots, it still doesn't work with local zoning boards's pursuit of profits.
