A group of people were evicted for their illegal tiny house conditions, which boils down to the landowner releasing not-up-to-code abodes. There is no law peculiar to this kind of tiny house, so the residents must get an occupancy permit, which is impossible just for the reason that these houses don’t comply with any building code. As to the someone who has bought the house, although the house is her belongings, she can’t live within it. State legislators once framed a plan to allow the local government to legalize tiny houses into developmental plots, but it failed. Tiny buildings are cheap owing to cut down unnecessary space, for which residence must carry on costly amenities in compensation. However, this houses contradict to government’s pursuit of quality housing.
