A Fun Weekend Project
Last weekend, my family had a cool project. We wanted to transform our old backyard.
First, Dad said we should liquidate some useless stuff. There was an old, broken bike. We decided to give it away.
Then, my sister and I started to work on a small area. We laid a new mat on the grass to have a picnic later.
While working, a neighbor’s cat tried to overtake our mat! It was so funny.
Our backyard is like a special entity now—new and tidy. It’s not a boring “brick - and - mortar” - only space anymore.
Mom said we could start a little “family guild” to keep making the backyard nice. We all engage in this fun work and love our new - look backyard!
