Player 6 stated, "Player 9 and Player 10 don't seem like wolves framing each other, so Player 10 must be a good person." Eve thought to herself—Player 6 probably was a good person. Should she accuse Player 6 of being a wolf to make herself a scapegoat for the wolf team?
Finally, it was Player 7, Eve's turn to speak. She quickly defended herself, saying, "I chose the wrong side off the ballot yesterday. Today, I'm following Player 2, the real Seer." If she kept supporting Player 9, she'd look like a Half-Breed who didn't fear elimination, and then she wouldn't be able to take the fall for the wolves.
At long last, it was time for her role model, Player 8, to speak. Player 8 said, "Let's vote out the players who gave lazy speeches first—they're usually wolves." Eve rolled her eyes internally—you're calling others lazy? You were the one who just said "pass" during the nomination phase. Besides, the real Seer was still in the game—who gave you the right to decide who to vote out? She was now certain she was a Half-Breed aligned with the wolves.
Player 10 declared, "I've been siding with Player 2 all along, and I'm sticking with him today." Eve thought her speech sounded like a good person's, but it had its flaws—she could easily be framed as a wolf if needed.
Player 11 suddenly announced, "I'm the Mechanical Wolf with the double-kill ability! Wolves, blow yourselves up right now! I'll kill the Seer and the Hunter in one night, and we'll win the game immediately!" Eve was convinced he was lying—he couldn't possibly be the Mechanical Wolf with double-kill. No one even knew if the eliminated Player 13 had been the Witch. There was no way he'd reveal his role like this. So he must be a good person, and a perfect scapegoat for later too.
Player 12 claimed, "I'm the Mechanical Witch who held onto my poison! I copied Player 13's identity as the Witch! Wolves, blow yourselves up now! I'll kill the Seer and poison the Hunter tonight, and we'll win!" Eve looked around—none of the wolves were blowing themselves up for him. Could he be a minor wolf pretending to be the Mechanical Witch?
Player 2 announced, "I checked Player 8 on the second night—he's a wolf. I checked Player 4 on the third night—she's gold water. I think Player 7, Eve, is just a Villager who chose the wrong side. There must be a wolf between Player 5 and Player 6. After we vote out Player 8, my confirmed wolf target, tonight the Witch should poison either Player 5 or Player 6, and we'll vote out the other one tomorrow." Eve thought to herself—so she really was a Half-Breed aligned with the wolves.
Player 4 said, "I'm the Witch! Player 2 is my silver water. Tonight, I'll listen to Player 2 and poison either Player 5 or Player 6." So Player 12 wasn't the Mechanical Witch either—he must be her minor wolf teammate, Eve realized.
Player 5 insisted, "I'm a Villager! Player 4, please don't poison me!" Eve thought—poisoning her wasn't necessary anyway. They could just vote her out tomorrow. She was sure Player 12 was her wolf teammate.
"All speeches are now concluded. Please close your eyes and prepare to vote. The Sheriff's badge has been lost in this game—all players may vote freely. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1—cast your votes."
"Player 8 has been eliminated. Please deliver your final words."
Player 8 said, "Player 2, you shouldn't be playing the game like this, no matter what." Eve thought—she couldn't even understand what her role model was saying.
"Player 8's final words are concluded. Do you wish to activate any special skills? 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Everyone, it's nightfall—please close your eyes."
Eve shut her eyes obediently.
